More About Your Role

Reporting directly to either our Director of Client Services or CEO, you'll work to support our organization of 47 professionals currently.

Your top priority will be to champion our recruitment needs and to immediately push to fill five open producer (insurance sales) positions, which may prove challenging given the limited supply of qualified talent in this industry. Nonetheless, you'll forge ahead by proactively recruiting, attending insurance events and job fairs, establishing contact networks, soliciting referrals, and initiating internal training programs so that other staff may grow into the producer function. You'll also strive to assist and improve our interview process by putting together an interview guide for our management team, implementing checklists that ensure all steps are appropriately executed, and effectively coordinating all parties involved before each interview takes place.

You will further take on the role of HR Generalist and help in the management of: Another key project you'll take on will involve evaluating our organization as it stands; assessing our needs in terms of policies and procedures, training programs, workflow, and more; and developing programs and other solutions that improve upon our existing operations, optimize our work environment, and assist our growth. In addition, when you have extra time, you might also contribute to our outsourced services by assisting the Director of Client Services with client HR issues.
